Fleet operators were managing vehicles with phone calls and spreadsheets - no real-time visibility into where vehicles are, whether routes are efficient, or how drivers are performing. I built a live mapping platform that tracks every vehicle in real time, optimizes routes, and gives operations managers the data they need to reduce costs.
